Dr Sesso and his entire staff were great. Nafis welcomed me initially and set up an appointment for me. He was personable and efficient. Jamal assisted during the appointment and was great. Dr Sesso was very professional and immediately zeroed in on my issues. He was very helpful, performing a couple procedures and provided advice for future care. It was a great experience.

Dr. Sesso is fantastic. I had deviated septum/sinus surgery. It was so much easier than I anticipated. I can breathe better already and I am only three weeks out from my operation. Dr. Sesso is so easy to talk to, very professional and knowledgeable, and I completely trust him and recommend him to all. If you're nervous about getting this surgery, don't be, this is the doctor to go to and the office staff is wonderful too.

Letters to Dr. Sesso from Patients

Excellent Patient Experience

I am a new patient of Dr. Sesso at your Roxborough location.  I was pleasantly surprised by my experience there.  The greeting and intake process by Ms. Stephanie was the best I have ever experienced! I do not say this lightly given I have chronic illnesses requiring countless appointments in a variety of settings.  Her upbeat personality, polite manner, and kindness was greatly appreciated.  Further, this was not an isolated experience. She returned my message and her behavior was consistent.  I was so impressed that I told her so and requested your email to commend her and ask that she be recognized.

My appointment with Dr. Sesso was equally appreciated.  His expertise was evident, and he patiently listened and answered my numerous questions. I felt heard and that is a rarity these days.

I look forward to continuing to be a patient at this clinic and have recommended it several times already.

Regards,
BD

Considering Sinus Surgery for a Deviated Septum? Don’t Hesitate.

For any patient who is considering sinus surgery to improve air passage through the nose, I would tell that patient not to hesitate.

In my case, I had a deviated septum and a polyp. I was hesitant at first, but Dr. Sesso assured me that the procedure would be painless and would improve my quality of life.

Well, yes, the surgery was painless, with no pain whatsoever after the first day.

But, I must say that the “quality of life” comment made by Dr. Sesso was an understatement. The procedure revolutionized my life. I am now able to breathe through my nose, taste my food, and I can quite literally smell the roses. At my first meal I had at a restaurant after the procedure, I was eating my salad when I noticed that, wow, I can taste the onions!

I am able to sleep better, and am able to experience vivid dreaming.

I have to assume that the blocked air passages were preventing me from getting into the R.E.M. state.

Thank you, Dr. Sesso!

Sincerely,
Remington M.
